Drink Coffee and Lose Weight

Hey all, I found this coffee, and I am in love, it tastes great, easy to make and has a great benefit. It has included 5 ingredients that promote weight loss!

So I turned that morning ritual into a weight loss mecca, I have lost 5 pounds in 8 days just drinking this coffee. Something I do everyday anyway :) Enough of me, check it out.

Dog Parks

Dog parks can be a great place to take your best friend to meet more best friends. The biggest problem I have with dog parks are 2 things:
1. some people just do not know dog park etiquette! Just because your dog can run free and play does not mean it should be a pain in the rear to other dogs/owners
2. they are not very clean! Every time I go to the dog park my Akita comes home with a cold!!!

If you are one of those owners whom has a sick dog, or you do not know the rules...stay home!!!!

Sorry for the rant everyone! I just could not help myself today

A Beginners Guide to Blogging

A beginners Guide To Blogging
A blog is where you write about anything you want. You write down your thoughts and publish them online. If you are a new blogger that wants to make money online there are a few things you should know.Using a blog to promote with will come easy to you if you come from a  background in sales and marketing. But, you can still be successful doing internet marketingwith a blog even if you do not have a background in marketing of any kind.

Additionally it's worth starting out writing about something you  enjoy. There are so many ways to make money in niche marketing that you  can usually find products to sell as an affiliate marketer doing  blogging and article marketing. It will just be a whole lot easier and a whole lot more fun if you enjoy the topic and you're not just doing it totally for the money.
Getting started is pretty simple. You can set up a free blog at  Blogger.com. A better strategy is to set up a WordPress blog using the  Fantastico program offered by hosting companyies such as Host Gator. The advantage to doing this is you can set up one hosting account and  then host multiple blogs. Host a blog with Host Gator costs around $10 a  month. Then adding new blogs to your account does not cost anything. The nice thing about hosting your own blog with the Word Press  platform is you not need to learn any HTML. You just type in some  content, hit the submit button, and the pages are built automatically. You can add graphcs very easily as well. This will give more personality to your blog and I highly reccomend it.
Writing all of your own content is one effective strategy today. Or  you can hire a freelance writer to write content for you as well. If you  keep all of the content on your blog unique search engines will appreciate that and you will find your blog ranking higher than some of your competitors might be. So make sure everything you put on your blog is good quality content!
Also, don't forget to use keywords if you really want Google to pay attention to you!
When you first get started monetize your blog with Google Adsense.  You can also add affiliate products to your blog and sell them. Good  sources for affiliate products and programs include Offer Vault, Max  Bounty, ClickBank and Amazon.
Be consistent in adding content on a regular basis. Not only that,  but you can start to make a lot of money as a blog marketer when you  build up a loyal readership. Many people make the mistake of starting out fast when they are  excited. As the excitement wears off so does the new content. Do not do  that! Just be steady and take a long term approach to blog marketing.

Pacific Crest Trail

So we went hiking on the Pacific Crest trail today, did you know that this trail goes from Canada to Mexico? Well, we did not either. So after about 5 miles of trail we ran into a person coming the other way who quickly informed us that there was nothing to see and lots more trail ahead.....a thousand or so miles of trail! :) Don't get me wrong, if you get the chance it is a great trail, well maintained and lots of interesting things to look at, just be prepared for a long long walk :) I will post picture later!

Hiking at Lacamas Lake

Not a bad day out! 6.5 mile hike to start the day around Lacamas lake. That is a fantastic place you if have never been I recommend you give it a try. Fairly easy hike, mostly flat nice trail and benches. Great view!

I got a new collar and leash today it is a prong collar, some people feel bad about them but they do not hurt if put on right just pinch a little and it is a whole lot better then me choking myself trying to pull after a squirrel! It was a great day overall here are some pictures! I look forward to seeing you out there!!
